The Front Yard

Norfleet offers generous landscaping allowances to ensure the outside of your home is just as gorgeous as the inside. Choose the plants, flowers, and trees you love to accentuate the front of your custom home. Our homes come standard with electronic garage doors and plenty of space for cars and storage. Many of our floor plans also have front porches that add a welcoming feature to your home’s entrance. They are a great place to sit and enjoy Florida’s beautiful weather and landscapes.

Living & Dining Room

Large family or small, your living room should be a comfortable space for everyone in your household. Most of our models have open floor plans that allow the living area to easily connect with the kitchen and dining room, giving the space a more modern, airy feel, while also providing more opportunities for your family to enjoy time together. With our customization options, you can choose whether you’d like a great room floor plan, or design dining and living areas separate from the kitchen.

All of the ceilings throughout our homes are 9’, with coffered ceilings in living areas by floor plan. You can also add a fireplace to your living area to create a beautiful focal point and give your family the option to enjoy a winter fire. The style of your fireplace and the materials are customized to complement the style of the rest of your home.

Kitchen

The kitchen is the heart of your home– it’s where meals are made, days are shared, and where the holidays begin. Are you the Expert Chef who always shows up for dinner duty? The Great Holiday Host? The Mom of Three and Queen of Packed Lunches? Super Dad slash Breakfast Master? Regardless of your unofficial title, your kitchen should be designed around how you spend your time there.

For families who cook frequently, many of our homes come with a chef’s kitchen or gourmet kitchen. With large stainless steel appliances and plentiful counter area, this space is perfect for cooking large meals and catering to groups of friends and family.

Granite countertops and custom maple cabinetry come standard in our homes, while our many flooring, fixture, and finishing options will make your kitchen match your personal style.

For active families, the breakfast bar is a great addition to any kitchen plan. This feature adds seating that opens up space in your kitchen to move around, taking the stress out of rushed mornings and busy nights.

Islands are the perfect way to add counter room without stretching your kitchen’s current space. An island can also add functionality with a sink, extra storage, and seating. Our islands are customized to maximize practicality and to best fit your space.

Bathroom

Your bathroom’s space should be both functional and relaxing. Our bathrooms are built with the highest quality materials, and include standard features designed to provide a luxurious experience.

For the master suite, his and hers sinks provide space and organization without crowding the room. Many of our master bathrooms feature a large jetted-tub or walk-in European tiled shower, perfect for unwinding after a long day.

Guest bathrooms also come standard with tiled walk-in showers, but can be customized with double sinks or tubs as desired. If you have kids sharing a bathroom, the double sink is a great option to divide up the shared space. Choose finishes that complement the other finishes in your home, or give your bathrooms their own style– it’s up to you!

Bedroom

Increase the functionality of your master suite with double vanities and walk-in closets. Our master bedrooms are designed for the utmost comfort and relaxation, while 9’ coffered ceilings enhance their spacious feel.

Split floor plans increase the privacy of the master bedroom by placing the other bedrooms on the other end of the house with the living area. The split floor plan is great if you enjoy entertaining, and would like your guests to have privacy as well. Guest bedrooms can be set up with their own private baths.

Backyard

With large, lush backyard spaces, a Norfleet home is perfect for entertaining and enjoying the outdoors. Your home can be designed with a back porch where you can set up outdoor seating, or put in a pool to enjoy Florida’s warm summer months. Your backyard can become a true retreat with lighting, seating, and a fire pit, and there’s plenty of space for kids to enjoy their outdoor toys and playsets.
