The Norfleet family moved to Newberry, FL., in 1895 and has been building homes in Alachua County since 1981. E.D. “Tripp” Norfleet III, a second-generation builder in Newberry and Gainesville, FL, has an appreciation for the past but is always looking to improve the plans and developments of the future. Tripp is a member of the Builders Association of North Central Florida as well as a realtor and general contractor. Tripp and his wife, Kristie, strongly value family and have been blessed with two wonderful children, Zeke and Christianna. With a strong faith in God and a respect for people, Tripp and Kristie believe in the principle, “Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.”
